Kanan returned to his room excited to meet Kaineto but she already left, she dropped a note thanking him for the memory, she would cherish it for the rest of her life.

Goldie told Tahir how she felt about the engagement, she did not have the time to inform her family and get outfits for the party, he knows how Yorubas take these things. Tahir assured her that his mum is just trying to celebrate their love, and she can get a bigger party if she wants one. Tahir just can’t wait for her to become Mrs. Waziri.

Andem went to speak with his daughter, he apologized to Rea for dragging her into his fight with the Waziris, he doesn’t want that for her, she should go live her life while he fights his battles. Rea was crying that her father doesn’t want her to continue on her suicide mission, she told him it is because of Kaineto’s apology, he screamed at her but she knows it affected him too. 

Andem said apologies do not change the past but at this point, he doesn’t know what to do. 

Tahir informed Tank that he got Goldie to agree to the party. Tank applauded his son, he knows it is hard for him but he is doing the right thing. Tahir apologized for the way he spoke to him earlier, it’s just that he loves Goldie so much and he feels like he is taking her father from her as the first act of marriage. 

Tank assured him he is doing the right thing by taking out Dembele, he is a threat to his family and the one he is trying to build. He also gave him the angle of disarming Zira, by killing Dembele her shepherd she would not be as venomous as she is. 

Yolaine paid Salma a visit to talk to her about Goldie. Salma felt Goldie took her man, she should return him then they would talk but Yolaine made her see why her anger is unfounded, she wants to be with a man that doesn’t want her. She is angry at Goldie but not at Tahir. Sisters fight and makeup, they should make up.

The Waziris later met to go over the plan for Dembele. Zayn is to disarm Zira, Newton will keep his eyes and ears to the ground, Tahir is to make sure Dembele attends the party while Kanso will protect Yolaine and also assist Tank. The goal is to keep Goldie away from all of this, this is for Tahir considering the sacrifice he is making. Tahir said they have only one chance at this, he wants to be alive after this because if they fail, they know what will happen.

After the meeting, Kaineto got a package from Kanan that got her smiling from cheek to cheek.

Rumi is still plans with the girls to take over Bouka’s operations. Bouka’s man that has been spying on Rumi hasn’t still stopped either. She noticed him spying on her while she was talking to the girls and confronted him about it. The guard grabbed her neck but Rumi reminded him of the asset that she is, what will happen to him if Dembele cannot get his money and Bouka’s operations are fallen short?

Kaineto honored Kanan’s invitation and went to see him. He tore the note she left for him, he is done letting her run away from him, they deserve to be happy and they will. Kanan asked her to give him the same courtesy he has giving her, he has laid all his cards out for her, and he wants to be there for her.

Kaineto finally opened up and told him about Dembele, she has made plans to handle him and get out of the business. Kanan wanted to help but Kaineto asked him not to, she wouldn’t forgive herself if anything were to happen to him. Kaineto asked him to take care of everyone if anything should happen to her. Kanan said he wouldn’t take care of anyone because nothing will happen to her.
