Dilemma Season 1 Episode 203 Recap

Tank had to explain to a distraught Kanso how Yolaine is a Waziri, he and Tahir could not believe it. Kaineto confirmed it because a DNA test was carried out. Newton was upset with Aliyah for lying to him, he told them that he asked her and she lied but in her defense, she was scared of her child bearing the Waziri name knowing how danger follows the family and she is right. 

Kanso immediately wanted to leave so he can go be with the woman he loves, Tank wanted him to stay back in the house, they still have threats all over. Kanso couldn’t stay, Kaineto had to let him go knowing how important it is to him.

When Kanso left, Kaineto told her family they need to plan, there is something coming and they do not know what it is but they need to plan.

Kanso went to see Yolaine, she told him she is not fine when he asked, she woke up to her world being turned upside down, Zayn is her biological father, and she is a Waziri. Kanso was calm the whole time Yolaine kept talking so she felt he knew and he too has been playing her.

Kanso asked her to keep quiet for a second, he just found out that the woman he loves is beating the same surname as him, he is freaking out and hoping this is a joke but it isn’t, he is pretending to be fine. Yolaine at this point begged him to old her.

This is the first time I am seeing Tawa this meek, she begged Zayn to let her see her grandchild, she cannot believe she said those horrible things to her without knowing who she was. Tawa wants to apologize to her if that’s the last thing she does before she dies, she would behave, she would go to Kaineto’s place and behave. Zayn reminded her that she is dead to the world, it would be dangerous if he does this but he caved it, he will let her see her.

Zayn later went to Kaineto’s house, he told Kaineto and Tank that he just found out about Yolaine as they did, he doesn’t know how to be a father and she is an adult. Zayn noticed Tank was hurt, Tank simply said it comes with the job. 

Zayn then went on to ask Kaineto for a favor, he wants to bring Tawa to stay with her, this is the only place she can be safe. Tank wanted to turn him down but Kaineto agreed, she doesn’t see what he sees in Tawa but she knows he would not forgive her if she allows Dembele to deal with his mother. 

Zayn thanked her for it, he owes her. After Zayn left, Tank asked Kaineto why she did that, she is trying to cross Dembele again. Kaineto simply said if Farouq did not break her, who is Dembele?

Yolaine told Kanso they cannot be together, they have to break up. Kanso doesn’t think they should, he isn’t a Waziri by birth, they can figure this thing out. Yolaine feels this is too much drama for her to handle, it is the right thing to do.

Jojo paid Rea a visit, the moment Rea opened the door, Jojo attacked her, she was almost suffocating her with a pillow when Idara came in to fight her off. Jojo easily knocked off Idara to continue with Rea. Solape came in time to try and stop Jojo but she overpowered Solape and was hitting him when Idara struck her with a stick. I don’t think Jojo will survive this one, the girl has been struck too many times on the head by different people, first Kanso, then Rea, now Idara.

Yolaine and a visitor, Tawa. She told her she came with her father, Zayn, and could not wait to see her. Yolaine wanted her to leave but Tawa kept begging her, she called Yolaine her child. Yolaine immediately told her she is not her child so Tawa corrected herself, her grandchild. Yolaine was not having it, she screamed at her to leave and made sure she left. Tawa looked so pitiful, she respected herself and left.

Jojo did not die this time, Rea, Idara and Solape tied her up. Solape is fed up with Rea and her deliberate attempts to kill herself, even now she wouldn’t stop, and she suggested they bury Jojo alive. Idara said they should run her out of town but this isn’t the movies. Solape was the only one with a sensible idea, to beg Silk for this. They called Nnamdi since he and Silk are friends.

Tahir went to see his brother, Kanso has been staring at a drink for a while but wouldn’t drink it. He asked Tahir what it feels like to date Dembele’s daughter? Kanso doesn’t think Goldie knows about her father and also told Tahir to have a conversation with her, he shouldn’t overthink things. 

Kanso also told him what happened with Yolaine, she broke up with him because she is a Waziri. Tahir said it is difficult to trust their women knowing who their fathers are. At least, Zayn hasn’t shown his hands yet.

Zayn took Tawa to Kaineto’s house, she was still crying after what transpired between her and Yolaine, the girl yelled at her to leave. When Zayn left to go speak to Tank, Kaineto spoke to Tawa, I hope she has realized her errors, she was outrightly mean to Yolaine for no reason just because she doesn’t bear the Waziri name. This one really hit Tawa, she could not stop feeling bad.

While Tank and Zayn were sharing a drink, Dembele called Zayn. She told him he must think she is a clown or a fool, if not why is his mother still alive? If he doesn’t kill Tawa by tomorrow she would kill her and his other family member. Zayn immediately ran out, he told Tank, Dembele knows about Yolaine.

Yolaine has been kidnapped, she entered a ride that Dembele sent for her.

Next on Dilemma: Tawa will overhear the Waziris talking about Yolaine, Zayn, and herself.
