Dilemma Season 1 Episode 199 Recap

Tawa asked Kaineto if she came to gloat after she told her that her son put her here, she should be proud of him. Tawa reminded her of her role in how she got in here, she knew what she was doing when she told her about Dembele. 

Tawa turned her attention to Tank, this is the woman he has decided to dedicate his life to following. Tank told her it was her actions that got her in here, not Zayn nor Kaineto. She had her freedom and look at what she did with it. Tawa told them her son put her here to be safe, he will kill Dembele then he would kill her, then she will truly be free.

Kaineto asked her if she thinks her son is man enough to kill Dembele, he was not man enough to carry out the task Dembele asked him to that’s why she is in here. Kaineto told her she should have been somewhere on the beach sipping mojito but she decided to come after her. Before they left, Kaineto told Tawa that the whole world thinks she is dead, she should stay dead.

For a guy that is sleeping with Silk, Nnamdi saw Knight at the office and tried to apologize to him for the incident at the wedding. He told him Silk just kissed him, and she took him by surprise. While they were talking, the receptionist made things a little worst for Nnamdi, she handed him Knight’s dagger. Knight was shocked to see it, he asked him who gave it to him and he said Silk. Knight simply left the office angrily.

Newton spoke to Zayn about Aliyah, he knows she lied to him, he would have thought he would be the only person she wouldn’t lie to but she lied to him too. Zayn was surprised to know they were together, the reason he is interested is that she is the mother of his only child, Yolaine.

Newton told him the fact that he gave blood does not mean Yolaine is his daughter, Aliyah has told so many lies. Zayn made it clear that he is no longer Samad and he does not care about Aliyah, she lied to him back then and she lied to him again and if that’s the kind of woman he wants to be with then he is a bigger fool than he gave him credit for. Zayn will find out if Yolaine is his daughter and if Aliyah lied to him again he will deal with her, no one crosses him like that.

Newton went to speak to Kanan after talking to Zayn, is he sure Zayn is Yolaine’s father because he doesn’t trust him. Kanan is not bothered about that, he is Yolaine’s father and Zayn is more like a sperm donor. Aliyah also came by to thank him for convincing Zayn. Kanan did not do it for her, he did it for Yolaine.

While they were talking, Kaineto called Kanan to check on him and Yolaine. She told him to come to her if he needs anything and she means every word that she is saying. Their warm moment came to an immediate end because Kaineto had to take a call from Henry. He has the documents ready and wants to come to the house. Kaineto told him to come.

While Bouka and Rumi were watching Tawa in the cage, Bouka asked Rumi if this is the kind of ice she wants when he is offering her more. Rumi told him he can be much better, to these people they only treat him like an errand boy, see how Zayn called him from the mines to come and babysit his mother.

Bouka did not like the way she was talking, he is loyal to Zayn, and from the way she is talking to him, it is clear she will not be loyal to him. While they were at it, Tawa woke up asking for her son. Bouka asked her what she did that made her son lock her up in a cage like a dog?

As an old woman, she is supposed to be enjoying her last days but she is in a cage locked up. Tawa told him she is a Waziri and therefore he works for her, he should go fetch her son or she would scream till Dembele finds her here. Tawa began to scream but Bouka and Rumi did not move, instead, Bouka laughed at her. 

Knight went to Sphinx to ask Silk why she gave his dagger to Nnamdi. Silk tried to walk away but Knight pulled her back. Nnamdi also came in at that point trying to defend Silk but ended up making things worst for her. He told Knight boldly that he and Silk are more than friends, Silk tried to clear the air that they are just friends but Nnamdi went on to ask her if she sleeps with all her friends.

At this point, Knight was disappointed, he told her she is cheaper than he thought before walking out. Silk was angry with Nnamdi for saying this, she sent him out. Well, Lady T witness the whole fiasco, and she wants Silk to explain what just happened.

Zayn went to see Yolaine, he told her they said she is his daughter, he hated his father so much that he did not want to have children, fearing that he would be like his father. Now that he has her, he wants to be her father. Zayn took a piece of her hair to conduct another DNA test because Aliyah has lied to him several times, if she is his he would do right but her but if she isn’t then Aliyah would pay.

Kaineto made the biggest mistake she could have made all season, she signed her company over to Henry, Protege holdings now belong to Gravity holdings. The Waziris had to leave the handover ceremony early to go for a funeral.

Kaineto and her family went to the funeral with Zayn, he was glad that they came. Kaineto told him this would be the last time he uses her men without her permission, if he does it again there will be war. Zayn apologized for it, he was desperate that was why. Kaineto has a lot to discuss with him but they have to finish with this sham of a burial.

Andem went to speak with his boss, he told him they should move with the attack, he is awake now. The boss is none other than Kanan.
