‘Dilemma’ Recap: Season 1 Episode 145

Knight went to see Kaineto, his boss wants to see her, he is at the hospital. Kaineto asked him why she would want to see him considering she is being accused of stabbing him. While they were talking, Tank came in, Kaineto dismissed Knight since he has delivered his message.

After Knight left, Tank told her it is suspicious how Zayn wants to see her. Kaineto really wants to find out why UV stabbed Zayn, she figured out Tank’s visit to John was futile, he is coming after her. Tank simply called it the ramblings of a grieving man. Kaineto seems to have all the enemies thanks to the Waziri name, it is a gift that keeps giving.

After his moment with Rumi yesterday, Kanso had one with Yolaine. The moment she saw him walk in, Yolaine wanted to leave but he stopped her, she keeps avoiding it. Yolaine told him they are going at it again, they keep saying they wouldn’t but here they are at it again, then there is what Rumi said about him and his family, she told her if she knew the real him she would run away. 

Kanso simply said Rumi is projecting, she has been through a lot. There seems to be a lot of accent between these two and I love it. After Yolaine told him he was overcompensating Joyce’s death with Rumi, Kanso told her he keeps getting everything wrong with her. Yolaine too decided to not make him feel wrong anymore, and she walked away.

Kaineto went to the hospital to see Zayn at his request but Tawa wouldn’t let her. Tawa began to yell that she came here to finish what she started. Tank tried to get her to stop making a scene, she knows Kaineto did not stab anyone but Tawa went on. Knight had to come out to tell Kaineto that Zayn would be happy to see her but Tawa still wouldn’t let her through. Tank did us the favor of dragging Tawa away.

Yolaine tried to run a plan with Rumi but she told her she is boring her. Yolaine simply left the house just when Kanso was entering but she ignored him and left the house. Rumi began to laugh at it, lovers stiff. 

Kanso has had it with her anger and bitterness, she hit him today, something she has never done. Rumi was about to bring up all she has been through but Kanso wasn’t about to entertain it this time. Since he is not her friend he is going to tell her this as her boss, she is going for mandatory therapy.

While Noelle was thanking Kanan for the umpteenth time in his apartment, Aliyah came into the room. She saw how Noelle was touching her husband and began to yell at them. Kanan simply told her he was leaving, he has a meeting. Aliyah told him to leave while she talks to Noelle.

Aliyah began by asking her why she is still hung up on Kanan after all these years? Noelle brought up their failed friendship, she needed her friend, she loved her, what happened to them, why did she change?

Kaineto met with Zayn and he asked for her protection. Since they would take him as a client, Kaineto wanted to know what trouble he was in. Zayn told her it would happen again, he is not a client but rather a Waziri and family, he is asking her to protect him.

Kanso invited Goldie to the house to talk about Joyce, he asked her if she knew Joyce wasn’t pregnant? Goldie did not know and he knows her, she would never do such a thing. While they were talking, Tahir came into the house and things became awkward between him and Goldie, Kanso left them to talk. 

Goldie’s first question to Tahir was about Salma. He told her he went to apologize to Salma and she agreed to do dinner with him only to stand him up. As much as Tahir feels bad for kissing Goldie, she too is thinking about it. He pulled in and kissed her again and she did too until Kanso walked in demanding to know what they are doing, kissing! What does it look like?

Yolaine decided to put out a press release on behalf of Kaineto, she told the interviewer to take down the report that Kaineto stabbed anyone, the story was from Tawa Waziri and rambling of a mentally ill woman.

Dembele sent a message to everyone, Kaineto, Lady T and Zayn. She informed them that UV is no longer a part of their organization and that whoever helps him would be punished. However, whoever finds him and kills him will be rewarded. Just after Kaineto put down the note, UV walked into the house with his hands up, he came to bargain.
