'30 Coins' Recap: Season 1 Finale Episode 8

'Tyler Perry: The Oval' Recap: Season 2 Episode 14

The Oval returned back on our screens tonight and here is a rundown of all the juicy drama Tyler Perry had in store for us. Barry is in a whole lot of trouble with the rakuducious, Ruth and her cult members kidnapped Barry in the mid-season finale and we got to know why as the Oval resumed.

Ruth told him he has caused the cult a lot of trouble, going to the police and his social media outcry to find his daughter, the council has to see to it that he wouldn’t be any more trouble.

Barry just wants his daughter, no sane father would know his child is missing and not use all the necessary means to look for her even if it is her mother that kidnapped her. From all indications, Ruth doesn’t care about Kelly not being with her father, he has to stop coming for them.

Sam stopped by the police station to get the audio recording from Jake. Jake knows something big is going on, the crime scene where Jean and her boyfriend were found seemed too good to be true, with the DOJ taking over the case it is obvious someone is trying to cover up something.

Sam can feel something is going on but cannot saying yet. He permitted Jake to give up his name this time when the agent return, this might get Sam a hit on his back with the way President Hunter is trying to cover up his family secrets.

Hunter authorized a drone airstrike on Bobby's cabin. After getting Diane to give up the location before he chainsawed the rest of her body parts, Kyle suggested a drone strike to Don and he took it up with the president.

It was Hunter who authorized the DOJ to take over the case, this is an open media scrutiny on the presidency if you ask me. Now an airstrike would definitely bring the press flooding the White House gates.

Victoria thinks it is a bad idea but Hunter wants their problem gone so badly that he authorized the strike.

Allan might take Jason’s offer to kill his father due to his relationship with Ellie. She made it clear that she is willing to climb the ladder and if sleeping with Hunter is part of it then she will, a very ambitious girl if you ask me.

Allan on the other hand wouldn’t take his L and move on, he felt humiliated by Hunter, and Ellie’s words that he let him humiliate him triggered the killer instinct in Allan, it’s on Hunter.

Hell knows no fury like a woman’s scorn, well Don and Sam had to find that out in Tyler Perry’s The Oval tonight.

When Don got home after successfully getting the president to handle Bobby and Max, he definitely was ready to handle Lilly once and for all but he met a not so defenseless woman when he walked into the house with her lingerie on.

Lilly had some ground rules this time, she can sleep with whoever she wants to sleep in the house and he cannot do anything about it.

Don wouldn’t let that happen, in fact, he called Kyle to come to take care of his problem but Lilly ended the call to tell him what she has up her sleeve if anything happens to her.

She already sent 40 reports notes with instructions to a safety deposit box if anything happens to her, they all go down.

Don knows Lilly has him by the balls, she really did get insurance on him and the entire administration.

Sam on the other hand couldn’t handle what he has been craving for since the premiere of The Oval, sex with his wife.

Priscilla had set the entire room ready, this was her way to get Sam to admit he slept with Victoria. Sam wanted to shower badly because of his guilt but the truth did come out.

Priscilla put the question in front of him, did he sleep with the First Lady in the yellow room at that White House? Sam’s hesitation in answering that question was all Priscilla needed to put him out of the house, she is definitely going to kill Victoria after this.

Since Kyle did not get the chance to sadistically handle Lilly tonight, he took his arrogance to Dale’s job insisting he comes home with him.

Kyle stopped Dale’s car from working just to get him to go home with him but Dale wouldn’t. He took can see Kyle’s arrogance and is not about to be his plaything tonight.

Two people knew Sam slept with Victoria and could have told Priscilla but Sam felt Richard was the culprit instead of Jason the spawn of the devil.

He went to Hailsen's house to confront Richard and the two got into a fight. Richard was already feeling the pain of what Nancy revealed to him before The Oval went on a season break, he had no idea what Sam was talking about.

Their fight came to an end when Ms. Jody kept shouting and Nancy came out to stop them.

While this two trained ex-military were fighting each other, Bobby and Max might not have survived the airstrike.

Bobby returned home confused after Don came in on him and Lilly and the fact that she wouldn’t leave. Max on the other hand knew sending Lilly in was a bad idea, the fact they haven’t heard from Diane means the government is on to them and they need to leave.

Bobby’s instincts did not hear the drone coming, it was Max’s instinct that got them out of the house after he literally pushed himself and Bobby out of the house. I hope this is not the end of Max and Bobby on The Oval.
