'Halita' Recap: Season 2 Episode 120

Today in Halita. Adi is just finishing his last paperwork for the renewable energy project when Bobby enters the office to talk to him. Bobby did not think this project would fly and does not know how Adi did it. Adi is really happy the proposal was approved this way they would cut the cost of production by 30%. Adi puts Bobby in charge of the next phase of their project, he would be on the ground to supervise.

Bobby goes to Jirasa to see the chiefs and the farmers. When the farmers come, Bobby tells them that they came to extend their support to them after the passing of their friend Dareng. Dareng always wanted to bring growth to Jirasa and to continue from where he left off, they would continue their business plan with the farmers and buy off all they have on their farmers they would buy all they have left on their farms. Bobby asks who is in charge now Dareng is no more, Azi says it is he and Schola, Dareng worked with the both of them.
Adi is in the living room talking with Matilda, she is pleased that his renewable energy was able to fly, its just phase one and they are reaping the benefits, their machines are functioning and they haven't changed any parts. While they are talking, Halita enters to speak with Adi, she heard he was around. Dosha also enters the room wearing an excitement on her face, she just got really good reviews of her newly launched body scrub.
Halita came with more shopping bags to see her parents. Rebecca has plans to start up a food business in Abuja very soon. Dabot also shares his good news, they are talking to the new farm manager of Lufu group. He is really thankful to Adi for all he has done, God bless him. Rebecca tells Halita she can see why she has to stop spoiling them but Halita would not, she would always put her money in their business. Dabot informs Halita they are leaving for the village tomorrow and she would be coming with them.
Halita is in the living room when Matilda enters. Matilda stops Halita before she goes in for lunch to talk about her business. Halita looks surprised, she did not think Matilda would even look at it with all that has been going on. Matilda tells her she is family, even though there is no time they must make time, so what does she want to do next now that she has her Tea back? Halita has spoken with Adi about launching the product in Lufu and he said he would talk to her about it first. Adi already spoke with Matilda and she has some ideas she would like to run by her first, if she wants to launch the product with her own business name they can also help her do that. Halita is thankful, she has decided to launch the product under Lufu seeing that she would be going to school and does not want to be completely idle till she gets out. Matilda likes her decision, she does not want her to worry about anything, she would make sure it gets all the funds and attention it needs, now she was saying something about lunch. Halita is about leaving for the dining table but turns around to hug Matilda. Matilda did not see that coming but hugs her niece right back.

The entire family as well as Dabot and Rebecca and the household staff are seated in the balcony waiting for Halita. Dosha sends Atasi to go call Halita, it is her send forth party. Halita walks in wearing a red dress and her mother takes her arm to tell her how beautiful she has become. Halita thanks Matilda for doing this for her, she does not know what she has done to deserve all of this. Matilda tells her anyone as lovely and smart as is deserving of all of this and more. Adi takes the floor to thank everyone for celebrating with Halita as she goes off to school, a lot has happened to the family but this time they get to celebrate someone that is deserving and has touched all their lives.
While everyone is eating and talking, Halita takes the floor to thank everyone, she would not forget it, She thanks Matilda for opening the doors of her home to her in a very difficult time of her life. To her Dara and Ngo she thanks them for always holding her hands and not leaving her, she would make them proud. To her father Adi she thanks him for boldly coming into her life when people were walking out on her, she also thanks him for supporting her in furthering her education and for announcing to the world that she is his daughter. Halita's words to Adi makes him drop a few tears. She thanks Dosha for teaching her to be a businesswoman and learned her more valuable lessons from her, as Kaka used to say, every mistake has a lesson if you look hard enough. Matilda tells Halita that Kaka would always be proud of her. Halita turns to thank King but he tells her no words are necessary. She only had one thing to say to him, of all names SedaTea really? Everyone at the table laughs to that as she takes back her seat.

Rebecca is talking to Halita when Bobby comes to talk to her. He wanted to thank her for everything, it was a wild ride on her part. Halita also thanks him, he had always stood by her even though he was always teasing. She reminds him of the day Nenrot brought some documents for him to sign and he asked her if he should sign it, Nenrot almost killed her. Bobby becomes sad remembering Nenrot and his lost child, he misses them.
Next on Halita: Halita returns back to the waterfall in black to talk to Dareng.
