'Halita' Recap: Season 2 Episode 107

Today on Halita. Matilda cannot believe all that Adi just told her about Kaza's dealings and is in shock. Adi decides to leave to avoid the awkwardness, he would talk to her later. When Adi leaves, Matilda angrily calls out Kaza Zamani.

Dosha and Halita coincidentally go to the same restaurant Dsp Yakubu is waiting at. He came to have their pepper soup and asks the ladies to join him. After hearing how good their pepper soup is Halita agrees to have some. Dosha can see the attraction Mallum has for Halita, he couldn't take his eyes off her.
The news Adi gave Matilda on Kaza hit her really good and Matilda spent the day crying and thinking about what to do.

Dosha and Halita are going over a hair choice for Halita when Dosha brings up Mallum. She knows the fine officer likes her, he never corrected her when she called him officer several times but the moment Halita did, he corrected her with his first name. Halita thinks she is overthinking this, even if he likes her she cannot reciprocate, she is trying to build something with Dareng and after what happened with King she has trust issues, she can only be comfortable with Dareng.
Dosha first tells her she does not mean any kind of way when she says this but doesn't she think she has outgrown Dareng? he has been in the village for a while now and she has grown, she shouldn't be going back rather going forward. Halita does not think going back to Dareng is backward, King betrayed her and even though he is charming and sophisticated she needs to start looking beyond superficial things. Dareng is kind and caring and has always been there for her, she says it is fate that wants them to be together.
Kaza meets with his uncle to talk. He should not trust anything Matilda says because she is a lying snake, he is the good guy here. All he has done for the Rishante's waiting for the take over only seems to not be working, Adi keeps poking his nose in his affairs. His uncle reminds him that hidden secrets have to come out, he set the foundation for all of this. Kaza insists there are guys out there that have done worst than he did and they got away with it. He decides he has to take care of Adi permanently and Halita does not know she is sitting on a gold mine, who would have thought the ordinary village girl, he has to take care of her too. His uncle says he should not make decisions in a hurry, his well-laid down plans seems to backfire.

King goes to see Kaza in his man cave to ask how he is holding up? Kaza says he is fine and is glad he is here, he hasn't been here to see him in a while. Kaza informs King he is cutting ties with the Rishantes, he has lost a lot of things because of them. King reminds him Dosha is his daughter or is it because she is a girl? Kaza replies it is not the same, he lost Dosha a long time ago. King also brings up Bobby, isn't he worth all of this. Kaza immediately yes of course Bobby is worth all of this, he has lost it all. King has to take a call so he leaves briefly.
DSP Yakubu calls Halita while she is in the kitchen. He wants to go on a date with her. Halita asks if she can speak freely then informs him she just got out of a relationship and is trying to build something with an old relationship she thought she lost, she cannot go on a date with her. Dsp Yakubu is glad she is honest with him and offers that they go as friends, there is no harm there. Halita agrees to be just friends. Meanwhile, King was in the kitchen and overheard the entire conversation.
Dosha is on the phone with Hassan, he thanks her for yesterday, he had a good time. Dosha had checked by his office and he was not there, she thought she wore him out the last time. Hassan says he is on an official assignment, they should do what they did more often. Hassan and Dosha's ship is sailing.
King goes back to be with Kaza in the man cave. Kaza tells him not to sound like a greedy man he has loved Bobby right from when he was born that is why it hurts him this much that Bobby is not his biological son, now the Rishante's have more claim to him, Dosha is gone, she has hated him for a while now. King thinks that can be fixed but Kaza is not sure of it. Kaza admits having made some bad choices, he and Halita were the perfect couple and he messed that up in his quest to have an empire. King consoles him, all that is in the past now they have a lot to do. Kaza says he has lost all he had suffered to build, his only happiness is his love for his children and how he raised them. Kaza tells King he needs him more now more than ever and King is always there for him.
Dosha is with Adi in his office, she cannot believe her father would do something like this, she knows he is not the nicest person to deal with. Adi does not want to tell her details of what is going on because he is her father but Dosha insists he tells her, she is asking as an employee not because he is her father. Adi is sure her father is guilty, it is not fair that innocent people would be cheated of their money and the guilty get to walk away. He is doing this for the good of Lufu, not a personal vendetta.
Dareng is on his farm. He found a necklace that means so much to him and is very happy he found it.
Matilda goes to see Adi, she wants him to give her all he has on Kaza. Adi has not gotten any incriminating evidence yet but his guys are working on it. Matilda wants him to follow the money, she has been married to this man for a long time now and she knows it is his greed and selfishness that is his drive force, they need to bring him down. Matilda is willing to use her resources to get Kaza so Adi says he would get in touch with his guys.
Next on Halita: Dabot is excited as he goes to talk to his wife.
