'Halita' Recap: Season 2 Episode 87

Today's episode in Halita. Kudus tells Dareng this is his chance to show the people how much he really cares about them. Dareng shakes his head, he does not trust the plan. Kudus is not ready to take a no for an answer, he asks Dareng what would he gain if he makes him the deputy Agomo, personally he does not like him but he told himself to put his differences aside and do what is best for Jirasa, he should not give his answer now he can think about it and get back to him.
Dosha goes to see her mother to check on her health. Dosha is scared, what if she does not qualify for the clinical trial? Matilda assures her if that does not work then they would try something else but she is going to live for a very long time.
While Dosha is giving her mum a hug, Kaza enters the living room. When Dosha leaves, Kaza asks Matilda if she has gotten any word yet? Matilda sarcastically says it is good he asked seeing how she tried to talk to him about it a couple of times. Kaza claims he was preoccupied so Matilda tells him the samples have been sent abroad.
Ladi goes into the kitchen to complain to Atasi that she thinks King is sick. She went to his room and found him covered in a blanket shivering, he says he does not want to eat anything. Immediately Halita enters the kitchen, Atasi tells her King is not feeling fine and he is refusing to eat anything. Halita tells Ladi not to worry she would make something for him to eat. Atasi and Ladi laugh to the idea of King and Halita back together.
Dareng goes to see Dabot concerning the offer Kudus made to him. He wants to create the position of deputy Agomo just for him. Dabot is not convinced about Kudus intentions, that man always lies and would not do anything without wanting something in return. Dareng was considering the offer, to be in the position of power would help in making a positive change but Kudus is not someone you can trust, he always has a motive and he would find out what it is. Dabot tells him to be careful with whatever he decides to do, Kudus cannot be trusted. Dareng knows this has to do with the middlemen but he would trade carefully.
Halita takes King his food and he does not want to eat anything but Halita is quite convincing. He has to eat so he can take his medication. After serving King the food, she tells him she would not leave until he finishes his food.

Adi has a meeting with Bobby and Dosha in his office. Adi wants to talk to Bobby concerning RAS, they have been short on their deliveries and it is affecting their production. Bobby informs Adi that he has talked to King about it, with all he is going through now has made things a bit slow but they are working on it. Dosha did not know King was the owner of RAS, she always thought he works there but Adi and Bobby clear her on that, Adi says there is a lot about this company she does not know and would shock her if she knew.
Dareng goes to give Kudus his decision, he knows he is always on to something so he would not take his offer to be deputy Agomo. Kudus gets upset, asking who he thinks he is, he would deal with him in this village.
Dosha goes to see Halita concerning some organic products she wanted to show her but Halita was on her way to check on King. Dosha thinks they are back together so Halita tells her King is not feeling fine she is just checking on him, they are not back together. Dosha appreciates her kind heart, she wouldn't be able to do all of this if she was the one that went through that heartbreak, she is glad her good heart is beginning to rub off on this family.
Gromlat has a plan to deal with Halita for trying to take her Dareng from her, she tells her friend to watch and see Dareng would not know what hit him.
Kudus called the chiefs to a meeting to discuss the happenings in the village but ends up gloating about himself and the places he has traveled too. He has been to Abuja several times, he has been to Jos and Benue except for Lagos and some Igbo states.

Halita goes to check on King and the place is a mess again after he finished his food. Halita clears the plates and also takes out the trash while King is sitting down on the floor looking like a mess. Halita wants him to eat something so he can take his medication. King begs her to stay, they are good together and he cannot function without her, just look at him he is a mess. He knows they love each other and she cannot say all they had just died like that. King begins to lean forward to kiss her.

Halita wakes up to find Kaza in her room staring at her.
