'Halita' Recap: Season 2 Episode 101

Today in Halita. The youths continue to chase Kudus round the village till he falls into the same pit he dug for Dareng. They asked Dareng what they should do to him, they want to cover him here but Dareng says they should not cover him, they should bring him out. The youths insist they would leave him there as Kudus begs Dareng to get him out. They are able to take Dareng away leaving Kudus in the pit.

Kaza is in the living room when Matilda comes to talk to him. She first asks if he needs a litch or something, it is bad that he has several women but he should keep them away from her house, she would not let him disrespect her. Kaza still seems oblivious of what she is on about so Matilda tells him to keep his wife out of her house, he is still married to Huda. Kaza tries to defend himself with some lies but Matilda calls him a pig and Kaza warns her to watch what she says.
Dareng called Halita and informs her of what they did to Kudus. They left him there but went back to get him, the man is really a wicked man because his family did not care about what happened to him. Halita misses home, she wished she could see this, she missed home but Dareng would rather be in an air-conditioned room than in the village any day beside there is also her home. Halita's heart would always be in Jirasa even though she is here. Dareng mistakenly says that is why he loves her then apologizes for saying that, he did not mean too. Halita heard him but to end the awkwardness she asks to call him back.
Kaza is warning Matilda to watch what she says but Matilda goes on, he has no shame her mother was right all along he is nothing but a low life, he only used her and her family climb up the ladder, he never loved her, she was just a means to an end, this marriage is nothing but a sham and he is nothing but a scam. Kaza yells back, she called him a scam but she has children by this scammer so she should deal with it, they are bound together. Matilda tells him they are bound by one child alone, Bobby is her son, not his. Meanwhile, Bobby overheard the conversation from the door. After hearing this revelation, Bobby enters the living room to ask his mum if what she said is true? Kaza also demands clarity but Matilda would not answer either Bobby or Kaza as they keep asking if it is true.

Halita is in her room texting when Atasi enters to drop the sheets she watched. Atasi would not just leave without saying something extra so she turns around to ask her if she has any clothes she no longer wears like the jean jacket she used to wear. Halita cheerfully tells her she can have it, she should take whatever she wants in the wardrobe.
Matilda tries to talk to Bobby about what he heard but Bobby is not interested in her apology rather he wants her to tell him who his father is. Matilda tries to touch him but Bobby says she should not come close to him. While they are still talking in the parlor, Halita enters into the awkward situation and hears when Bobby asks his mother if Kaza Zamani is his father. Matilda still does not answer him so Bobby leaves her sitting there.
Halita is in her room when King comes to talk to her, he came in peace this time but Halita is not so convinced, he keeps coming in peace and doing something else. King takes a sit by her side to ask how she really is? Halita says with all that is happening, she is fine. King knows she is referring to being a Rishante with all that has happened knows the past few months have been overwhelming. Halita insists she is fine. King tells her contrary to what she thinks, he cares about her and that is the reason he is here. Halita does not say much other than she is fine. King decides to take his leave.
Ladi brought a tray to Halita's room, she noticed she did not come down for breakfast. Halita is thankful, she did not have to do it. Ladi tells her she read Onfo's diary so Halita lets her sit by her side. Ladi says reading the diary was bittersweet, she used to see her write in the diary but she would say she was writing her chores. Halita also saw her writing and thought she was writing the big words Viccoco used to say. Ladi and Halita bond over Onfo's diary, Ladi is glad she shared it with her, Onfo would have loved for them to read it. Halita thanks her for the food.
Schola and Azi continue to progress with their relationship. While they walk in the village, Azi would not let her carry her bag since he is there. Schola is used to carrying her things herself but Azi says they have each other to carry each person's load.

Kaza is reading in the mancave when Matilda comes to talk to him. He has not slept a wink all day. Kaza wants to know the identity of Bobby's father and Matilda would not say anything. Kaza gets really angry, she has suddenly gone tight lip now, who did she sleep with? is it one of his friends or all of them, maybe Dosha is not even his child. Matilda slaps Kaza, everything that happened is all his fault before walking out on him.
Next on Halita: The Chiefs tell the middlemen they would not work with them.
