'Brethren' Recap: Season 1 Episode 236

Today in Brethren. Shade tells Orokele that she does not know what he is talking about, the last transaction she did was for him and Chief and she was only a middle man. Orokele says her job designation has changed, this is between both of them, Celestina is resting but she has the chance to become rich. Shade tries to pull out of it but Orokele says this is not a request, she should stand by for further instructions.
Bara calls Fiona into his office. He wants her to pull up all the records on all the arrests that have happened in Lagos in the past few days. Fiona knows that this is a huge request, what is she looking for so she can narrow it down. Bara says anything that relates to his brother. Fiona is on it, she wants to tell him something but has a change of mind.
Sir Emeke is happy that they have Dag, they should just finish the job since the elections are by the corner. Chief, on the other hand, is seated mocking what Sir Emeka says. Lakunle informs them they have a bigger plan then orders his henchman to let their guest in.  The Deputy Governor of Lagos is welcomed into the family.
Kinto takes his business clothes to meet the boys and Ire. Kinto happily informs them that he has resumed his company and this time Shade is aware of his operations. The boys are not too impressed so they leave. Meanwhile, Ire tells Kinto that he is only worried about his business and not what would happen to BHB. Kinto wants to let yesterday be the past and focus on today. Ire wonders what would become of him when BHB closes.
Bassey is about to leave for work when Franca makes him take the tea she made first before leaving. Franca tells Bassey she can see that Jo makes him happy and in the short time she has been here she can see they look good together but she does not think she likes her, little things make her unhappy. Bassey wants her to make her point. Franca wants to know what it is they are still doing in this woman's house? Bassey cautions his daughter, she should stop whatever she thinks she is doing because he can still see through her plotting and scheming.
Shade is thinking in her office when Kemi enters. She greets good morning then leaves. Hajiya enters the office after to see Shade. Shade wants to know what she is doing here after she said she did not want to see her here again. Hajiya came with the instructions from Orokele as she was expecting.
Sir K is at the club when Chihuahua comes to meet him. No word yet from Dag and Sir K is really worried. Chihuahua says she would ask her boys to know if they have found anything. After Chihuahua leaves, Amaka enters. Sir K was on his way to see Bara and was just waiting for her to come before leaving. After he leaves, Amaka calls someone she would be on her way soon.
Dag is yelling at the police officers, he wants his lawyer, this is his right or he would sue. The officers tell him he is a terrorist, he killed the governor so they would not treat him like a common criminal, he has not been officially arrested and this place does not even exist.
Shade and Hajiya are talking when Ire enters the office looking for Kemi. He is surprised to see Hajiya here. After he leaves, Hajiya hands Shade the instructions from Orokele, details of the account he wants her to make the transfer into and she would do it without any complaint.
Jo is working on her tablet in the sitting room when Franca comes to talk to her. Franca first asks her about the baby then wants to know why she hates her? Jo says she does not hate her, she loves her like a sister or a daughter that was why she did not want her going out in that outfit, and when she got lost she would have called, that was the right thing to do. Franca says she is sorry then asks Jo why she allowed herself to get pregnant outside wedlock. Jo thinks of the question for a while then slaps Franca. Franca immediately leaves the couch, she is sorry her grandpa and grandma used to tell her that girls that get pregnant outside marriage have a special place in hell. Jo is done with his child and would kill her today. Frana immediately runs into her room and locks the door. At that moment, Jo gets a call from Fiona and she immediately tells her she has had it with this child. Jo drops the call and immediately goes over to Franca's door to yell that she opens the door, today she would send you to that special place.
Fiona informs Bara that she checked all the police stations and there is no record of Dag's arrest. After Fiona leaves, Bara tries to call his brother again and it does not go through.
Shade and Hajiya come out of the office talking when Kemi comes to asks Shade that she needs her to come to the shop now, there is an issue. She whispers into her ear and Shade immediately excuses herself. The moment she leaves, Ire comes to talk to Hajiya about his app that he is developing to predict the rise and fall of market products. Hajiya likes the idea and willingly hands him her phone to install the app as a test run she feels this would help her business.
Bassey returns home to meet Jo angrily working on her tablet. He tries to ask her what is going on but she would not answer. Immediately, Franca rushes out to hide behind her dad. Jo tries to beat her again, she should not think he would save her. Bassey wants her to calm down because of her condition but Jo would not listen. Franca repeats what she told Jo to her father that is why she wants to beat her. Jo goes into the house, takes out Bassey and Franca's things and throw them out, they should get out of her house.
Next on Brethren: Franca asks her father if Jo was not in the picture would he be sending her back to Ghana right now?
Bara gets a call from Lakunle, he would be allowed a few minutes with him.
Dag grabs Sir Emeka's collar, he should ask his friend Chief Kurukeme about him, he shot him and put a bullet hole in his hand.
