'Halita' Recap: Season 2 Episode 82

Today in Halita. Adi sent for Sekyen then hands back her resignation letter, he cannot accept it, he knows they talked about it but they can go about it another way. He wants her to write another letter for a leave. She has been working and has not gone on any leave so she should take as long as she wants. It is paid leave. Sekyen knows employers don't do this, is it just her or it is for everyone else. Adi makes it clear that it is just her, no one else is getting this kind of treatment from him. She is special to him.

Atasi is cleaning up Halita's room when she comes out of the toilet to meet her. Atasi is happy she is back but has a lot to say that she was not asked too. Atasi tells her she is brave for coming back to the same house that her Ex stays in, she had to leave the village after she beat up her Ex it became clear she cannot be in the same village as him. Atasi wants to know what she would be doing now that she is back, would she be coming to join them in the staff room or join the kitchen staff. Halita just gives her a strong stare that makes Atasi understand she has been talking too much.

Ladi and Bitrus are going over the items for the kitchen when Viccoco comes to reintroduce himself. They are looking at the new CTO of Lufu groups, he used to speak it and they did not believe him now it is a reality. Ladi knows they would not hear word again in the house.
Halita gets a call from Dareng. He informs her of his new business venture to supply millet. Halita is happy for him, their conversation gets to Halita asking him if he has eaten? Dareng has been cooking 'small small' himself. Halita thinks he is making burnt offering so Dareng suggests that she would cook for him when she comes back or better still teach him how to cook. Halita does not seem too pleased.

Matilda is rocking her grandson and telling him how she would spoil him, he is the most beautiful thing she has ever seen when her hands begin to shake, it is the Parkinson. Matilda is able to hold herself together with the baby then call out for Ladi.

Halita is reading in her room when King comes in, he came to check up on her. King takes a seat beside her and begins to remember the dinner party, the night he asked her to marry him. She was so happy. Halita calls him to stop. King knows, he is not asking for anything but they can at least try to start from any level she feels comfortable with. Halita remembers their time together, they had good memories together but it is over now and she has made peace with it he should do the same. King hands her the item he got for her but Halita would not accept it.
Kaza is in his study attending to work while Matilda is with him there. Her hands are still shaking as she tells him her trauma is back. Kaza just goes straight to concluding she has not been taken her meds because he knows how she is with her meds. Matilda did not like what he just said about her not taking her meds. Kaza then apologizes and returns to his work. Matilda quietly takes to her leave.

Dosha goes to see Halita in her room. She likes the changes Halita has done to her room, she would never have guessed this use to be King's room. Halita informs her Altine did most of the work. They finally get to talk about Halita and King. Halita was really hurt with the way she and King ended things and is not ready to deal with all of it immediately. Dosha wants her to be selfish this time. she should give herself time to heal.

Kaza is on the phone with Huda. He is happy talking to her and excited about the way she knows him. Huda is able to guess all he has in the room with him at the moment and Kaza keeps blushing. He suggests they have lunch again but this time Huda cannot make it, she would make it up to him later.
Hassan is in the office with Dosha and begins to sing for her. He suggests that they go out for lunch but Dosha is not having it. Hassan knows her, there is something beneath this. Dosha and Hassan get into a bit of a fight because he wants to go out with her yet he is going after someone else. Hassan can see she is just jealous. Dosha reminds him he is the one that wants to go out with her.

Matilda is in her brother's office looking over their father's picture when Adi enters the office to join her. Matilda had a doctor's appointment and decided to stop by to see him. Adi wants to know how it went? It was just stressful. Matilda likes what Adi has done in this place and she is very comfortable in his abilities.
Schola is walking in the village when Groomlat begins to walk behind her. Schola notices her following her and starts running. Groomlat also runs after her. When they get to the point Schola can no longer run, Groomlat grabs her hand to warn her. She has tried to talk to her but she has insisted on being foolish if she continues what she is doing she would make her life uncomfortable in this village

Next on Halita: Kaza takes Huda's hand and tells her she looks so beautiful, he was mad at her for so many years because she left.
