'Halita' Recap: Season 2 Episode 64

Today in Halita. Adi comes to check on Halita to know how she is holding up? Halita says she is fine but is still crying. Adi tells her all will be well, she would be well. One moment Kaka is fine and with them, now she is gone. Adi says these things take time, she should give herself time. Halita thinks she should have saved her, she should have known this was going to happen. Adi tries to console her, she wouldn't have known. Halita tells him Kaka was a good person, she did not deserve to go like that. Adi knows, at least she would find peace now.

Bobby is having a hard time doing any work in the office. His secretary comes in with files on the Kuje farm project but Bobby wants her to take them to someone else like Uncle Adi. Adi has not been on sit all day. Bobby realizes he was being too harsh on her, taking out his loss on her so he apologizes.
Officer Yakubu visits the Zamani house again. They would like to question the staff now that their memories are still fresh from the incident. While Yakubu is talking to Kaza and Matilda, King comes in holding Halita's hands.

King wants the officer to make this quick they are still mourning their loss. Halita begins to narrate all that happened in the presence of Kaza, Matilda, King and the officers. She told Onfo about a dream she had and they were praying about it when Bobby come in. Onfo and Bobby left when King called her. After the call with King, Mrs. Zamani came to see her with a gift, she got her a pair of earrings.

Mrs. Zamani did not stay long then her mother came to see her. After her mother left, she asked Onfo to get her something to drink that was when Kaka came in to pray for her and their wedding. It was at that moment she began to cough then she started to cough out blood. Halita is about to break down in King's arms when she remembers Max. Kaka said Max to her before they took her away.

Matilda wants to know what they are doing to find Max? Yakubu informs her they do not have any leads on Max, he has been able to evade them all this while. Matilda is tired of their excuses, she wants him found now.
Onfo is on the phone talking to Max. She informs him that the house is not fine right now because of Kaka's death and they are planning a memorial for her in the house tonight but she is not sure they would allow him to come. After Onfo kisses her Max through the phone, Angulu comes from behind her asking who she was talking to, giving them all that personal information? Onfo tells him it was her call before she leaves.

Bobby is really worried about the whereabouts of Adi. Sekyen comes in, she too has not been able to reach Adi and it can be very frustrating. The secretary comes in to inform Bobby they are waiting for him in the conference room with the Kuje farmers. Bobby thinks he cannot handle this, Adi was supposed to be on this they need to reschedule. Sekyen tells him they have him now, he can handle it. Sekyen offers to stale the meeting for a while so he can go through Adi's notes before he comes in.
King goes to see his father in his study. Halita has just started resting now. Kaza wants King to reschedule the wedding and proceed as planned. King does not want to do this right now, he cannot even bring this up. Kaza taught his son better, he should use his head he knows what is at stake here. King feels he would not be having any sleep again. Kaza tells him the girl knows she needs to cling herself to him now.

Dosha is in the office when Hassan comes to see her. She should be at home at a time like this, he knows how much Kaka meant to them. Dosha tells him she practically raised them, she was like their second mother. Hassan wants her to get out of here she needs to clear her head so he calls his secretary to cancel all his meetings he has something important that demands his attention. Dosha has a smile on her face because he would be spending the day with her.

Kudus has gotten the news of what happened at Halita's wedding and is gloating about it. When is meets Bindul on the part all Kudus talks about is the fact that Halita would have been fine with him if she has married him now look. Kudus wants to see Dabot so he can rub it in his face because Dabot was feeling like a King when Halita was getting married. Bindul had informed him about the grievances of the youths concerning his leadership but Kudus ignores him to talk about Halita.

Dosha tells her mother that she trusts Halita if she said Kaka mentioned Max then Kaka said Max. While they are talking, Kaza comes in to meet them. Matilda wants them to give Kaka a memorial at the house tonight seeing she lived here. Kaza is okay with the idea he would get on it immediately. Dosha asks her father if they are carrying out an autopsy on Kaka's body? Kaza confirms they are carrying an autopsy but he is not sure they would find anything there. Dosha is willing to bet that they would find something, she wants the autopsy report so she can make sure Kaka gets the justice she deserves. Matilda is proud of her daughter.

King goes to Halita's room to check on her. He thinks she is sleeping so he moves her duvet to cover her properly. Halita wakes up and says thank you. King decides that they talk, he knows they have gotten through a lot before they got here, why let this event stop them from going on with what they started, they have paid vendors and made plans for the wedding, they should fix another date for the wedding.

Halita cannot believe he would bring up the wedding when Kaka has not even been buried, knowing she died in her arms. King apologizes for bringing it up. {King is obviously a daddy's boy}
Next on Halita: The Zamani household holds the memorial for Kaka. While Angulu is talking, Max walks in.
