'Halita' Recap: Season 2 Episode 46

Today in Halita. Altine wants to really know what is wrong with Ladi because she knows she is not a bad person and this aggression is a cover-up, it is either someone hurt her or she just tries to be noticed. Altine begs Ladi to talk to her, she is here to listen. Ladi then sits with Altine to talk. Ladi tells her how she came into the house, she was so eager to please this family until Uncle Bobby. The way he was then, she got pregnant for Bobby. She always thought he was different with her but she later found out he was also that way with other maids. Ladi was so afraid, seeing what Madam did to the other girls that got pregnant for Bobby she had to have an abortion. Ladi's abortion caused her womb because it was too late when she did the abortion. Altine cannot believe she is hearing all of this about her man.

Bobby is in his office making preparation for a surprise he has planned for Altine to celebrate their two months anniversary. {Wait till you find out someone just dug your old skeletons out for Altine}
Ladi cries as she relives this painful past, she begs Altine not to tell anyone about this, Bobby knew about the abortion but not the fact that she cannot have children. Altine thinks Bobby should take responsibility for his actions but Ladi begs her not to tell anyone what she just told her because Madam would fire her. She is the only one taking care of her family and does not want to lose her job.

King and Halita return from the waterfall and on the village part some ladies keep looking at them and talking about both of them. As they pass them, King asks Halita what they were talking about? Halita says it is because of his hair, they are wondering what an insane man is doing with a charming princess like her. King takes the joke then waives at the ladies. They don't think like that anymore.
While they are still talking, Dareng meets up with them. King wanted to get to him later, Halita has been taking everywhere and he loves the place. Dareng sees the ring and cannot believe she is engaged. King calls himself a lucky man then tells Dareng, Halita took him to the waterfall. Dareng cannot believe she took him to their waterfall. As Dareng leaves, King tells Halita he cannot believe she lied to him.
Matilda is in the parlor watching TV when Kaza comes to sit with her. He would not be going to work tomorrow so he would go with her to her doctor's appointment. While they are talking, King calls Kaza, he is fine in the village but would be coming back tomorrow. After the call, Kaza tells Matilda he has a feeling King is rushing into this marriage but the tea business still stays in the family so it is quite strategic.
Altine meets Ladi in the hallway and wants them to talk more about what she told her, she has not been able to think straight after what she told her. Ladi wants her to let it go, she has made peace with her past and Bobby has grown pass that person he used to be then. He is a better person now.
Dareng is still upset about Halita. He tells his friend Azi that Halita shouldn't have taken King to their waterfall, it was their thing. Dareng would not be going for the meeting at the village square concerning the tax Kudus is imposing on them. Dareng would not be going since they voted for Kudus they should face it themselves he is tired of disloyal people.

Kaza redecorated the kitchen as he promised Matilda and she likes it.
Dosha is in her office when Hassan comes to ask if she wants to go for lunch. Dosha is ready to go but gets a call from Dooter, he is sick in the hospital. Dosha has to take a rain check on lunch she has to go see Dooter. Hassan does not object.
Halita and King say their goodbyes to Dabot and Rebecca. Dabot tells King to look after his little girl for him in Abuja. King would although Halita has proven to him that she has a mind of her own.
Rebecca can sense there is something going on with both of them but Halita says she is just sad to leave them again. After they leave both Dabot and Rebecca can see that something is not right with them but Rebecca says they would fix it.

The farmers complain to the chiefs about Kudus's new law to impose taxes when he has not fulfilled any of his campaign promises. Bindul wants Zakka and Takum to handle the people since they are the ones that put Kudus in the sit as Agomo.

Matilda has come to a decision concerning her senatorial campaign, she has decided to pull out of the race.
Next on Halita: On the drive back to Abuja, Halita asks King if this is how their marriage would be when they have an issue he ignores her the whole time.
