'Halita' Recap: Season 2 Episode 22

Today's episode of Halita. Max is in the parlor working. He is exhausted but wouldn't stop his work. Meanwhile, Onfo is by the door spying on him. She keeps admiring Max. While she is stying spying, Ladi catches her. She wants her to return to her duty or she would shout so Kaka and Matilda would come out.
The palm wine seller is in a hurry as she leaves the village but Dareng catches up to her on the way. He makes her pour out the palm wine for him to drink or else he would shout and call the youths to come out. Dareng drinks the wine and one is Kunu while the other one is palm wine.
The youths carry Dabot back to his house. Rebecca cannot believe this is what they have done to her husband, they gave him alcohol when he does not drink. Dareng returns back but he does not say what he found out.

Bobby gists Halita how the date with Altine went. It was nice he got to know her better. Halita can see he is not the hard guy that she used to think he was, he has a soft heart.
Kudus is celebrating his victory with the youths and the kingmakers. Kudus leaves the dance to go meet Zakka and the second Chief to talk. They were the ones that insisted they used a drinking competition to make the winner now they want what Kudus promised them but he insists they are celebrating now they would talk business later.

Dabot is saying a lot of things from the effect of palm wine. Dareng tells Rebecca and Dabot that he needs to talk to the elders that Kudus cannot win. He cheated on the competition. Dareng is on his way to report when he overhears Dabot tell Rebecca he is not Halita's father, he has not been able to make her pregnant all these years. Dareng goes back to collect his phone after what he heard.

Matilda has one of her proudest moments when she goes to see Bobby in his room. It is good to see the Ice Queen smile from time to time. Bobby is in a very good mood. He tells Matilda he wants to get more involved in Lufu, he is grown now and whats to get more involved with things in the company seeing she is not there as much as she used too.

Matilda is so happy, it is about that time. Bobby wants his mother to go see a doctor, something does not look right with her. Matilda says it is just stress she would be fine. Bobby insists she goes to see a doctor even though he would say it is just stress.

Dabot wakes up the next day with a headache, he cannot remember anything. Rebecca tells him some youths brought him here after he fainted from the drinking. Dabot then realizes Kudus won the seat for Agomo.
Halita takes breakfast to King in his new house.
Max is going over some questions with Matilda when Kaka enters to announce Adi is here.
Adi came in to get some Sesame meat. Max can sense there is a conspiracy between Adi and Kaka against him so he takes his leave out of the parlor.

Dosha is in her office when she gets a call from a blogger about pictures of her father and Rubi together. This story would hurt her and her mother so Dosha begs her not to post them. The blogger wants money in return if she would not post the pictures.
