Mental health is a topic that includes lots of disorders and also encompasses Inferiority Complex. Nine out of Ten individuals have experienced inferiority complex at some point in their lives, some mostly go through feeling inferior at their young age while a few go through it during their adulthood, children and young adults are more at risk having an inferiority complex. When you can't seem to shake off that feeling of not being good enough when you are with your peers or in a crowd full of people, then you have an inferiority complex. Here are a few ways you can deal with it personally or help some other people deal with it.
Always tell yourself you are beautiful.
The common saying that "beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder" is not as true
as they make it seem, what is true is how you see yourself and how you see yourself would determine how everyone else would look at you. Telling yourself you are beautiful every day builds up confidence and no negative remark can wipe off.

Don't be afraid to make mistakes.
Making mistakes can sometimes seem like a very embarrassing moment, but when you look back at your mistakes it was just a road to your perfection. As much as people would laugh and make remarks when they see something that is funny, no one really cares about your mistakes and would totally forget about them the moment you let yourself get pass it. {AIRTIME78654}See mistakes as a way of achieving your desired goal that way you would expect to make mistakes and not see them as embarrassments that makes you not good enough.
Make new friends.
Most people that deal with inferiority complex find it difficult to make friends. Sometimes it is as a result of meeting very nasty people they have met in the past. These shouldn't stop you from making new friends because when you meet new people and interact with them you build an ore of confidence that you need. So meeting a few bad people shouldn't stop you from meeting really good ones.
Help People.
Helping other people cannot be overemphasized when it comes to dealing with inferiority complex, the more you can be of help to people in your little way gives you a sense of fulfillment. You feel good about yourself when you are of help to another person thereby finding purpose and a lot of self-worth.
Don't be a Peoples Pleaser.
Trying to please everyone except yourself is really bad. It only triggers feeling more inferior amongst people that is why you find yourself pleasing everybody in order to be accepted by everyone. Doing nice things for people from time to time is not bad at all. However, do not constantly do nice things for people at your own risk.
Be able to stand out.
Being bold and courageous has a lot of effect in getting rid of the inferiority complex. Boldness and courage is the complete opposite of timidity which is a core sign of inferiority. You have to always stand out by being bold with whatever you want to say, how you say it when you say it and who you are saying it too.
Don't be afraid of being alone.
There are times when you need to sit back with yourself and just be in your own space. When those times come up don't go feeling all depressed that you are alone. Rather let it be your time you reflect on yourself as a person.
You are always loved.
When dealing with inferiority complex people forget that they are loved by lots of people outside the peer group that triggers their inferiority complex. It is very easy to forget those who love and appreciate you when you are dealing with negative energy. Always remember that people are there that love and appreciate you more than the group you find yourself in at the moment. Remembering this constantly makes it difficult to feel inferior from the negativity going on.
P.S: If no one loves you, know that we at KRAFFTI love and cherish you so much.
