There is dance and there is 'break dancing'. This is one dance move i haven't been able to understand till date, i mean not that i know how to dance though but break dancing seems to me as something that needs serious level of practice.

The moves are so technical that it takes years to perfectly make your body move so flexible just like this duo in this video
